- Prescription Glasses: These are custom-made, so refunds are only approved if:

- Kids’ Glasses: Refunds are allowed for unused, unopened items in original condition. However, custom adjustments (e.g., resized nose pads) or personalized details (e.g., engraved names) may make the item non-refundable—we will confirm eligibility when you submit your request.
- Sale/Clearance Items: All sale or clearance eyeglasses are final sale and not eligible for refunds, unless they arrive damaged or defective (we will replace defective sale items instead of issuing a refund, if stock is available).
