This return policy applies to all products (women’s, men’s, kids’ styles, including prescription glasses) except for final sale items (e.g., clearance products, custom-engraved items with personalized names).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The eyeglasses must be unused and free from scratches, marks, or damage.
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included with the return.
  • For prescription glasses, the return must be due to an error by Zeeloel (e.g., incorrect prescription, wrong frame style) or a manufacturing defect—returns for “change of mind” on prescription glasses are only accepted if the glasses are unused and in original condition.
